We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional service to our customers, sales teams, and distribution partners worldwide.
This role involves processing orders, tender documentation, and providing timely responses to customers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to manage urgent orders, log customer feedback, and maintain accurate customer data.
To ensure the success of this role, we require the ability to liaise with couriers, stakeholders, and internal teams for prompt delivery service.
The representative will also be responsible for submitting tenders on time and providing information to distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process transactions accurately through relevant systems
* Provide timely and accurate responses to customers and distribution partners
* Liaise with couriers and internal teams for prompt delivery service
* Manage urgent and emergency orders
* Log customer feedback correctly and on time
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in a support/administration role
* Knowledge of pricing, tendering, public procurement, or financial administration processes
* Legal/Business/Other relevant third-level qualification
* Fluency in Finnish and English
