* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in policy writing to translate information into clear, concise guidelines.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in leading design and implementation of enforcement and operations for new and existing product launches on YouTube.
* Experience with metrics/Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) management of enforcement and operations across product portfolios.
* Ability to design and drive projects to completion that result in significant workflow/process improvements.

Responsibilities
* Lead enforcement and operations management for YouTube livestreams, new products, and YouTube’s cross-policy workflows.
* Manage escalations with turnaround time to define the best plan and provide updates to executives.
* Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations, and Engineering to solve problems and drive innovations.
* Define and measure performance metrics to assess the business impact of process improvements.
* Review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in line with YouTube’s community guidelines.
