About This Role
* You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements and scheduling meetings and events.
* A key part of your role will involve managing inboxes and correspondence ensuring urgent matters are flagged and followed up on. You will also assist with document preparation, formatting, amending legal documents using firm templates style guides while maintaining document version control filing both electronic hard copy following established procedures.
Key requirements include strong MS Office skills particularly Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook as well as attention detail accuracy organisation prioritising tasks deadlines effectively working within a fast-paced environment maintaining discretion confidentiality providing excellent communication interpersonal proactive client-focused approach.
