Clubhouse Operations Manager

* As a key member of our resort's management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse.
">
* You will oversee all aspects of the clubhouse, including planning, organizing, and managing the delivery of hospitality services.
">
* Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer and member satisfaction at all times.
">

Key Responsibilities:

">
">
1. Oversee all operational and functional areas of the clubhouse.
">
2. Plan, organize, and manage the delivery of hospitality services within the clubhouse.
">
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer and member satisfaction.
">
4. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company standards.
">
5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
">
6. Develop and implement effective training programs to support employee development and retention.
">
7. Monitor and analyze financial reports to optimize revenue and profitability.
">
8. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity throughout the clubhouse.
">
9. Work closely with the hotel manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between departments.
">
10. Participate in public walk-throughs to ensure that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are well maintained and preventative processes are in place.

Requirements:

">
* Previous experience as a club house operations manager or similar role is required.
">
* Proven ability to lead teams and develop staff to meet business objectives.
">
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
">
* Knowledge of hospitality operations and procedures.
">
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
">
* Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
">
* Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis.
">
