Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of chef work experience and be well-versed in professional cookery.
Responsibilities include assisting the head and sous chefs during service, food preparation before service, working on starters and main courses, helping with the training of new junior level chefs, and managing kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
Cooking food to order is also a key responsibility of this role.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
They will also be knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene practices and be able to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
