Job Title: 3D Modelling and Coordinated Services Lead
We are seeking an experienced 3D Modelling and Coordinated Services Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality coordinated services, including:
* Developing 3D coordinated services and structure layouts for clash control.
* Producing builders' works schedules and associated drawings.
* Creating 2D and 3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics, and details.
* Developing models and reports in line with company requirements.
* Producing GA's and detailing sheets.
* Managing in-house drawing control and drawing schedules.
The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of coordinators and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a third-level degree or trade experience, minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
