Founded in 1967, we now employ thousands of people across nine countries.We take pride in our informal work culture and enthusiastic teams, where dedication and collaboration drive everything we do.Key Responsibilities:Own and further develop CCS Cleaning's financial systems landscape, including Business Central, ERP tools, Microsoft stack, Power BI, and related reporting platformsDrive strong business intelligence and data-led decision-making through dashboards, simplified reporting, and clear financial insightsLead financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management in a tight-margin, labour-intensive services environmentPartner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support pricing, margin analysis, and sustainable growth decisionsManage financial compliance and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictionsAct as a key business partner to senior leadership, translating financial data into strategic and operational guidanceIdentify financial risks related to growth, margins, payroll, and regulatory complexity, and develop mitigation strategiesLead, develop, and support the finance team with a strong focus on collaboration, structure, and continuous improvementQualifications And Skills:Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)Strong technical finance background combined with hands-on experience in systems, data, and reportingProven experience working with Business Central, ERP systems, Power BI, or similar business intelligence toolsStrong understanding of business intelligence, dashboards, and data-driven reportingExperience operating in an international or multi-jurisdictional environmentSolid track record managing tight-margin, labour-intensive businesses such as cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or similar sectorsDeep understanding of payroll-driven cost structures and time-based service modelsCommercially minded, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales and OperationsComfortable leading finance in a growing and evolving organisationStrong people skills; approachable, flexible, and able to work effectively across teamsAble to bring structure without overcomplicating processesHigh integrity, adaptability, and a collaborative leadership styleand become part of a growing team We look forward to meeting you
