The firm is seeking to appoint a Probate and Conveyancing Solicitor to join the team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload across probate, estate administration and residential conveyancing while working closely with private clients and the wider legal team. Key Responsibilities Manage a broad caseload across probate, wills, estate administration and conveyancing matters. Advise clients on probate, succession planning and estate related matters. Draft wills, enduring powers of attorney and probate documentation. Handle the administration of estates from instruction through to completion. Manage residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers and refinancing. Review title documents and contracts for sale. Liaise with clients, solicitors, financial institutions, estate agents and third parties throughout transactions. Prepare and review conveyancing documentation and completion statements. Manage property registrations and post completion matters with the PRAI. Ensure all transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of client service and relationship management. Keep up to date with developments across probate, succession and property law. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with experience across probate and conveyancing. Strong technical knowledge in private client and residential property matters. Ability to manage files independently and prioritise a busy caseload. Strong communication and client relationship skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
