About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's success – driving sales performance, leading an engaged team, and ensuring exceptional operational and customer service standards.
You will create an environment where your team feels valued, motivated, and confident in delivering expert advice and support to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
2. Drive commercial results by managing sales, profit, and store performance metrics.
3. Analyse business reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
4. Maintain stock accuracy and operational efficiency to optimise sales potential.
5. Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met to the highest level.
6. Implement marketing and promotional plans effectively, maintaining brand standards.
7. Champion technology and innovation to improve the customer and colleague experience.
8. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
What You'll Bring
9. 3+ years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within retail – ideally in health, beauty, lifestyle, or specialty retail.
10. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
11. Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others.
12. Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to make data-driven decisions.
13. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
