Our client, a prestigious global financial services firm based in Dublin, is seeking a Temporary International Payroll Specialist to provide cover and support during a period of sustained growth and internal transition. This is a key short-term opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who can confidently manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end processing of monthly payrolls for UK, Ireland, and selected EMEA countries.
* Manage compensation components such as salary, bonuses, RSUs, severance, pensions, and benefits.
* Liaise with payroll vendors and coordinate between Finance and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
* Support quarterly Irish fund payroll processing and assist with payroll-related reporting as required.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' payroll experience, ideally within financial, legal, or professional services.
* Strong working knowledge of UK and/or Irish payroll is essential. EMEA payroll experience is a strong advantage.
* Confident in using Excel and payroll/accounting platforms (SAP/S4 Hana experience preferred).
* Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-focused mindset.
