* The successful candidate will oversee a team of 30-40 site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
* Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams is crucial to ensure seamless communication throughout the entire process.
* A key aspect of this role is monitoring project timelines while maintaining tight control over budgets. Your ability to identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality will serve us well here.
