Meubles Cafe is a bright, busy, bustling cafe with a large clientele for breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day.
We pride ourselves on the excellent food created by our kitchen team and we are currently recruiting for a Cafe Manager to lead the operation who shares our passion for food!
Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for ; Running the daily operations of a fast paced cafe including the management and development of the team Working closely with the chefs to understand our current food offering and develop opportunities for enhanced seasonal, homemade and signature take away products Constantly striving to develop the cafe and improve the offering Preparing team rotas weekly to optimise counter staffing Developing strategies to reach targets Ensuring all process paperwork is adhered to and available for audit Managing various budgets-hours, waste, margins Stock ordering, stock control and stock taking As we operate a day time cafe, evenings will not be required, however we do trade over 7 days so some weekend days will be essential.
