Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful analysis Develop and maintain project costing and budget tracking Provide variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership Assist with forecasting, cashflow management, and strategic planning Support process improvements and system development as the business grows What We're Looking For: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Experience in management accounting, preferably within industry environment.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
