Job Title: Service Delivery Leader - Person Centred Services and Supports
A key leadership role has arisen within our organisation for a seasoned Manager to support the operational delivery of person-centred services and supports.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in achieving organisational goals, promoting inclusive practices and empowering individuals to live meaningful lives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in managing Health and Social Care services.
This challenging yet rewarding role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management, financial management, people development and stakeholder engagement. A full driver's licence is also required due to the need for occasional travel between locations.
