We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamicLobby Host/Receptionistto join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities.
What you'll do:
* Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcomingguests with warmth and professionalism
* Showcase your professionalismas youreceiveincoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
* Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area
* Provide a helping hand withadministrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
* Be the sites 'go-to' for providing information and assistance
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
* A positive, energetic and proactive attitude witha passion for customer service
* Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
