Your mission

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Location
: Dundrum Business Park
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business clients to promote and sell gift card products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the campaign manager.
Clearly communicate product details, pricing, and current promotions.
Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance campaign performance.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Your profile
Requirements
Previous experience in a contact centre or sales environment is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
Target-oriented with a proactive, positive approach.
Professional phone manner and customer service mindset.
