Business Analyst

12 month contract

Hybrid - 2 days city centre

per day

1. Experience:
2. Minimum of 7+ years extensive professional experience in business analysis.
3. Qualifications:
4. Professional qualification in Business Analysis (or equivalent).

Key Deliverables

* Lead review and analysis of business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify improvements.
* Provide clear documentation of existing and future business processes.
* Define strategies and validate business needs for digital transformation.
* Conduct feasibility studies and produce detailed business models (as-is and to-be).
* Prepare detailed specifications and oversee solution development and implementation.
* Liaise with management on process and organisational change.
* Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with business units and eliciting requirements.
* Experience with business analysis tools and BPMN (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
* Ability to analyse processes and identify technological efficiencies.
* Experience working in technical environments with diverse teams (developers, DB architects, PMs).
* Excellent presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
