Technical Support & Training Specialist
Provide advanced technical support to internal and external customers on mission critical HVAC equipment. Manage all aspects of product and technical support, including troubleshooting and diagnosis for complex issues.
* • Manage a team of technical support engineers, coordinating with design, R&D, and field service teams to resolve critical issues.
* • Develop tools to help customers self-diagnose field issues, working closely with project managers to deliver project-related commissioning works.
