The Opportunity

This role offers the successful candidate the chance to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment with access to blue-chip clients, institutional investors, financial institutions, and corporate occupiers.

The Valuations Surveyor will contribute to delivering high-quality, RICS Red Book-compliant valuations across a diverse range of asset classes. The role combines on-the-ground market insight with international standards and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed valuation reports in line with RICS standards and internal quality processes
* Conduct inspections and analyse comparable market data for a range of property types (commercial, residential, development land, etc.)
* Provide valuation advice for secured lending, financial reporting, portfolio review, and transactional purposes
* Liaise with major banks, institutional investors, legal firms, developers, and international clients
* Support senior valuation professionals in managing client relationships and business development
* Maintain accurate records, market data, and compliance documentation
* Stay up to date on planning regulations, market trends, and macroeconomic factors influencing valuation

Candidate Profile

* A degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline
* 3+ years' experience
in a valuations or general practice surveying role
* RICS Registered Valuer (or working towards APC/Chartered status)
* Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies and Irish market dynamics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
* Proficiency in valuation tools, report writing software, and Excel
