As we expand our network of community hubs, we are recruiting a Property Development Officer to help shape and deliver high-quality facilities that respond to local needs.
In this new role, you will contribute to the planning, development and improvement of YMCA Dublin community facilities across Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Development Director in acquiring and developing new YMCA community hubs.
• Manage and support capital projects, including acquisitions, refurbishments and new builds, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Liaise with TUSLA, local authorities, developers, architects, valuers, estate agents and solicitors to progress schemes.
• Coordinate surveys, valuations, feasibility studies and economic appraisals.
• Maintain accurate project files, financial records and compliance documentation.
• Manage planning permission processes, TUSLA DASC compliance and statutory requirements.
• Prepare business cases and funding proposals for capital projects.
• Monitor project budgets and capital expenditure.
• Provide market analysis, property search support and due diligence.
• Represent YMCA Dublin at meetings, forums and stakeholder engagements.
