Corporate Event Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Corporate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Ireland.
Job Description:
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of corporate events, conferences, and meetings from initial enquiry to completion.
* Liaise with clients to understand requirements and tailor event solutions accordingly.
* Collaborate with sales, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
* Prepare event proposals, contracts, and manage bookings efficiently.
* Maintain accurate event documentation and communication records.
* Assist in upselling additional services and amenities to enhance client experiences.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar corporate events role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Proficiency in event management software and MS Office suite.
* Professional and approachable manner.
Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI). Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
