We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Company Secretarial team as an Office Administrator. Fundamental responsibilities:
- Prepare board packs for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings using Diligent or PDF documents. - Coordinate meetings with clients, service providers, and boards of directors, including managing logistics like room setup, catering, transportation. - Assist in the organisation of board approval requests and the signing of documents (including notarisation and apostilling). - Handle audit requests by providing signed minutes and board packs. Support the team with ad-hoc queries and assist with database management (e.g., Diligent Entities, CRO Central Bank Portal).
