Advancement Manager
The Advancement Office seeks an experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts, developing a proactive prospect research service and utilizing data analysis to drive campaign strategy. This role oversees gift acceptance, due diligence, and donor relations, while collaborating with external consultants to enhance our CRM database and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the university's goals
* Lead a team of professionals in prospect research, data analysis, and donor engagement
* Collaborate with external partners to leverage best practices in fundraising and data management
* Manage budgets and resources to optimize fundraising outcomes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in fundraising, prospect research, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy
* Proficiency in CRM databases and data analytics tools
