About the Caretaker Role
You will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing our corporate facilities, ensuring operational excellence at every level.
As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for:
* Providing general repairs and maintenance services
* Troubleshooting and fixing minor electrical and plumbing issues
* Assembling and installing furniture and fixtures
* Conducting routine inspections to identify potential problems
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a handy person or maintenance position
* A basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry principles
* The ability to safely use hand and power tools
* Excellent time management and organisational skills

Package Details
Caretaker Package:
* 35 hours per week, Monday - Saturday
* Monday to Friday: 5:30pm - 10:30pm, Saturday: 8am - 6pm
* €14.63 per hour + Sodexo benefits
* Public transport access
