Early Years Education Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, play-based education that supports children's emotional, social, and cognitive development.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising children in a safe and caring environment. You will deliver and implement a high-quality play-based curriculum under national quality frameworks Aistear and Síolta. This will involve observing, stimulating, and supervising children to ensure their individual needs are met.
You will work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will need to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and implement a high-quality play-based curriculum under national quality frameworks Aistear and Síolta
* Guide, observe, stimulate, and supervise children in a safe and caring environment
* Conduct observations and learning stories for all children
* Organise materials and resources to reflect emerging interests and abilities
