Working closely with our engineering and product teams across Dublin and North America, you will lead cross-team efforts to deliver on our e-commerce roadmap, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.The Senior Technical Project Manager will report to the Director of the Technology PMO and serve as a central point of collaboration between engineering, product, and design stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Cross-Functional Partnership & Agile LeadershipFacilitate and guide Agile project management and Scrum processes in collaboration with engineers, product managers, QA, and UX designers to ensure teams stay on track with commitments and delivery timelines.Project Execution & DeliveryDefine and manage project timelines, dependencies, and milestones while balancing business objectives and technical constraints. Drive execution through clear planning and risk mitigation.Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle—planning requirements, managing schedules, and communicating updates and dependencies effectively.Communication & AlignmentPromote clear, proactive communication across teams and time zones to ensure consistent alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.Process OptimizationContinuously assess and refine processes to enhance team efficiency, scalability, and transparency across engineering and product teams.Qualifications and SkillsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.Experience leading engineering and product teams through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery.Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, or similar.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred:Certification in Scrum (CSM, SAFe) or PMP is a plus.Experience in global or multi-brand e-commerce environments.Experience working with globally distributed teams across time zones.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management, Management, and EngineeringIndustriesRetail
