Reporting directly to our co-founder and sales director, Mathieu, your role will be to develop strong relationships and generate growth with around ten of our client accounts within your scope of action (North America & EMEA) alongside our 4 AE.
You will be responsible for:
* Establishing a sales and loyalty strategy for each key account customer,
* Meeting and getting to know each key contact within our key account customers,
* Understanding and analyzing each customer's needs and responding with a tailored solution,
* Building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction,
* Identifying opportunities and levers for developing the solution within the account (up-sell & cross-sell),
* Conducting sales negotiations and anticipating each contract renewal,
* Contributing to the animation of our customer community through partnerships and events.
As a true leader, you will ensure effective coordination between the Customer Success, Sales & the marketing teams.
KPIs:
* Grow each customer account.
* Increase the Net New ARR of the portfolio in line with your target plan.
* Secure all contract renewals as part of multi-year commitments.
