How You’ll Make An Impact
 * Creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
 * Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
 * Identifying potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities within the organization.
 * Regularly reviewing operations and processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
 * Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
 * Addressing and resolving compliance breaches, conducting internal investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
 * Preparing and submitting compliance reports to relevant stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, senior management, and the board of directors.
 * Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
 * Collaborating with internal departments, external auditors, and regulatory agencies.
 * Fostering a workplace environment where compliance is valued and integrated into daily operations.
About You
 * Experience in compliance, preferably in a regulated environment.
 * Knowledge of general insurance (Ireland) products and risk management practices.
 * Degree or equivalent preferred; compliance qualifications (e.g., LCI) or working towards them; CIP or QFA certification in General Insurance or Financial Services.
 * Strong regulatory interpretation, stakeholder communication, and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask, prioritise deadlines, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
 * Advanced MS Office skills and strong IT capabilities.
 * Highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.
