This is a 6 month, fixed term contract.An EHR Pharmacy Specialist plays a critical role in integrating pharmacy workflows within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role ensures medication management processes are accurate, efficient, compliant, and patient safe.

Qualifications
Experience
BPharm, MPharm or equivalent
MSc in clinical pharmacy, healthcare informatics or equivalent an advantage
Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
Experience in an oncology pharmacy department and ACU
Experience and involvement in clinical trials
Minimum 1 year of successful experience in IT / Data / Systems department in a business of sufficient scale and complexity
Successful experience in delivering performance improvement initiatives
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
