Purpose of Role:
We are currently looking for a HVAC Technician to join our expanding Maintenance Team which focuses primarily on mechanical services. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills and proven experience in all aspects of HVAC Units, and plumbing services. This role is based in Dublin and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to progress in their career development.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and Servicing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Fault finding in all aspects of HVAC plant and produce accurate follow up recommendations.
Carry out in maintenance and repair of HVAC plant to include Single Splits, VRV systems, chillers, air handling units and ventilation systems.
Experience in boilers and general boiler house plant would be advantageous but not essential.
Exercise judgment in developing plans or suggestion and work with teams to assure quality plans.
Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
Role Requirements:
Must have experience working in a Hospital environment
BMS System experience an advantage but not essential
Time served Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineer with a minimum of FETAC Level 6 complete with F-Gas registration.
Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
Must have excellent Communication skills
Ability to work on own and as well as part of a team
Full clean driver's licence required
