Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in Ireland and the UK. Our Dublin Office is currently looking to recruit a full time Auction Support Administrator to work in a fast-paced office and customer facing environment.
Working under the Office Supervisor the successful applicant will perform a variety of general administrative duties to support the completion of the different department's goals and objectives in a professional manner.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
* Reception duties
* Providing administrative support to the sales teams
* Dealing with customers by phone, email and face to face providing excellent customer service
* Cash handling
* Processing auction entries and Admin Support for sales teams
* Be involved in call campaigns, contacting customers to increase attendance for special sales programmes.
* Rostrum Clerk duties where required.
* Other general Auction Support administration
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:
* Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
* Excellent customer care skills.
* Good level of IT literacy
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Cash handling experience
* Hard working and motivated
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm (one hour for lunch)
