Shape and advance the engineering strategy, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and supports AI-driven product innovation.
Lead architecture, delivery, security, quality and overall operational excellence across all engineering teams.
Mentor and empower engineering leaders, promoting a collaborative, inclusive and high performing culture.
Enhance processes and champion best practices in DevOps, ML Ops and secure, scalable development.
Ensure timely and cost effective delivery while maintaining a strong emphasis on scalability, performance and long term sustainability.
Partner closely with product and research teams to bring sophisticated AI capabilities from concept to market.

A proven track record of leading engineering organisations through startup to scale growth.
Deep technical knowledge spanning modern software engineering, AI/ML architecture, cloud environments and platform development.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable, secure and highly reliable systems.
Hands on expertise in DevOps, ML Ops and continuous delivery methodologies.
