Job Opportunity: Customer Service Team Member
We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in customer service or engineering to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
* Resolve customer care tickets to ensure best-in-class service delivery
* Handle allocated tickets by contacting customers, clarifying issues, booking engineers' works, updating schedules, and informing line managers
* Send job quotations and engineer job sheets to customers for completed works
* Administer new customer information into our systems
* Maintain customer systems, such as Ecovardis and Avetta
* Invoice completed jobs daily
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administration role
* 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including emails, Word, and Excel
* Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to build relationships with the CK team, third-party suppliers, and customers
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong teamwork ethic
