You Will:
* Lead the delivery of automation and control system projects from planning to implementation
* Ensure automated systems meet quality, compliance, and manufacturing requirements
* Work proactively across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and vendor teams
* Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication at all stages
* Oversee project budgets, timelines, reporting, and documentation
* Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely project progress
Skills / Experience:
* Experience with automation or control systems in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry
* Hands-on knowledge of automated control systems
* Excellent communication, proactivity, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and integration
Qualifications:
* Over 5 years of project management experience within automation, engineering, or manufacturing
* Experience implementing automation solutions in pharma/biopharma
* Strong documentation, presentation, and organisational skills
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, QA, and manufacturing teams
