Production Planner Role
This pivotal role ensures smooth production scheduling to meet customer demands, optimizing resources. The Production Planner works closely with operations, engineering, and procurement teams for timely delivery of exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop monthly and weekly production plans aligned with forecasts and operational constraints
* Maintain schedules, monitor variances, and communicate potential bottlenecks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accommodate urgent orders and prototypes
* Manage inventory planning and generate purchase requisitions for material availability
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally in manufacturing
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel; ERP experience desirable
* Third-level qualification in Business or Supply Chain preferred
* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
