Commercial Executive - Paddy Power GamesCommercial Executive - Paddy Power GamesWe're looking for a Commercial Executive to join our Gaming Team at Paddy Power part of Flutter UK & Ireland.Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, the Paddy Power Games Commercial Executive will be Dublin based and responsible for the ideation, planning, co-ordination and analysis of all campaign & promotional activity across Paddy Power Games.
You will be accountable for the effective Marketing of customer segments.Working with the Senior Commercial Manager, you will have responsibility for delivering the full promotional lifecycle and promotional calendar, from conception through to the delivery to a customer.Bringing creative thinking on how to drive revenue and customer growth will be required, along with an ability to translate ideas into action.What you'll be doing:Deliver best in class marketing campaigns, through efficient and value-adding investment of a large marketing budget; covering all opportunities within the sporting calendar and the product roadmap.Develop, plan and implement promotions and campaigns across all customer segments and lifecycles.Ensure marketing budgets are adhered to; creating campaigns which are efficient and provides a ROI.Work closely with Customer Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring all promotions and campaigns are delivered on time and as planned.Ensure regular A/B tests are planned and reported in a timely manner to test, learn and grow.Report on the effectiveness of promotional activity to drive future decision making Work closely with brand to ensure there is consistency of message across all offsite and onsite touchpoints.What we're looking for: Creative thinking in developing a rolling calendar of campaigns targeting a variety of customer segments and preferences.Project, process and time management skills enabling campaigns are consistently delivered on time and to spec despite various disparate stakeholders and work streamsStrong reporting and data analysis skills to identify key insights, value creation opportunities and process or performance improvements, which are all subsequently deployed back into the campaign planning processStrong report writing and presentation skills with excellent knowledge of presentation toolsWhat's in it for you: Flexible ways of working – home or office, it's your choice!£1,000 learning fundUnlimited holidayTwice-yearly bonus (with part of it guaranteed!
