Additionally, you’ll play a key role in training staff and ensuring a smooth transition to new digital tools.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current business workflows and identify areas for digital automation and improvementDesign, build, and deploy tailored Power Apps solutionsAutomate workflows using Power Automate where applicableAssist in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using Power BI or ExcelProvide user training, documentation, and ongoing supportCollaborate closely with teams to gather feedback and iteratively improve solutionsGuide change management initiatives, encouraging success adoptionQualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with building low code business applications such as Quickbase, Power Apps and the Microsoft Power PlatformExperience: At least 2 years in business analysis, process improvement, or related rolesExperience: Proven ability to develop scalable, user-friendly business appsSkills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in Power BI, Excel, or similar toolsSkills: Excellent communication and teaching skills, capable of working with non-technical usersSkills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsSkills: Experience working across teams and managing stakeholder expectationsPreferred: Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, or manufacturing (not mandatory)BenefitsThis role offers a very competitive hourly rate.About Johnson & JohnsonCaring for the world, one person at a time has inspired and united the people of Johnson & Johnson for over 130 years.
