Service Technicain required for an international valve supplier.
This role will provide techncial service, support and training for the products at pharmaceutical client sites nationawide and across Europe.
This will be a customers facing role and will support the irish sales team.
Resposibilities:
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting support for products
•On-site maintenance and repairs of valves and automation components.
•On-Site Training/Supervision of customer maintenance teams where requested
•Prepare and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
•Manage customer complaints and resolutions
•Support the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide technical solutions, technical presentations and wherever technical support may be required.
•Deliver training sessions and technical presentations to customers and internal teams.
•Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments.
Experience
Relevant qualification in science, engineering, electrical, or instrumentation would be beneficial but not essential.
•Proven experience in a technical service or engineering role, preferably in the valves or automation industry would be beneficial but not essential
•Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
•Have an aptitude for problem solving and finding technical solutions.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Must be flexible and available to travel for on-site support and training sessions in Ireland and abroad.
(Potentially Approx 30% of working days for travel abroad)
•Proficiency in using technical documentation and service tools.
•Experience of working with CRM or other reporting systems would be beneficial
•The role will require excellent admin skills and excellent in the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
•Experience in presenting in front of customers is important.
•Full Clean Driver's License / Valid/in date Passport will be required
