You'll join a collaborative team that values high standards, client satisfaction, and future-focused technology.Key Responsibilities:Install AV systems in homes and corporate environments, including:Install boardroom and video conferencing systems (Zoom, WebEx, Crestron)Build AV racks to AVIXA standardsEnsure professional cable management and system finishMaintain and support digital signage networksSupport SLA responses and troubleshoot AV systemsResearch and implement new technologies for improved user experienceIdentify and resolve system inefficienciesMentor junior AV engineers and contribute to internal training programmesCollaborate with internal teams and clients on AV system designQualifications & SkillsMinimum 3 years' experience within the AV industry programmingProven track record of success in delivering bespoke technological solutions.Excellent client-facing skills and strong technical knowledge.Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and customers.System knowledge of Crestron, Lutron, Control 4 (not critical).Understanding of audio DSP units and basic IP networking.Thorough understanding of systems integration techniques (Integration via IP protocols, Serial, ZigBee or IR).Ability to read and interpret technical system drawings.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Interest in ongoing tech development and upskilling.Trade certification in AV or electronics (advantageous but not essential)Salary & BenefitsSalary = €55,000–€65,000 DOEOpportunities for upskilling, internal progression, and working with cutting-edge techTo Apply: Send your CV in English with the subject line "AV Integration Engineer" to Should you not receive a response by 31 October 2025, please consider your application unsuccessful.
