Procurement & Facilities Specialist
This role is a key support function to the Property and Facilities Manager, overseeing multiple sites with varied responsibilities.
The position involves coordinating facilities projects and service tasks with external contractors, maintaining building works registers and incident response processes, and updating and managing FM manuals and weekly activity reports.
Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting employee safety protocols and induction procedures, covering service attendant duties when needed, and managing documentation including leases, licenses, asset registers, and project records.

* Document Control and General Support Duties
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Business, Project Management, Procurement or Facilities Management, with strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills. You must also be a competent user of MS Office tools, SharePoint, and possess a valid Irish driving license. Additionally, experience in Public Procurement, Vendor Contract Management, and Managing 3rd party Outsourced FM companies is highly desirable.
