As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, providing strategic insight, and partnering closely with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the business
* Partner with operations and commercial teams to drive profitability and support decision-making
* Manage cash flow, treasury, and balance sheet efficiency
* Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and governance requirements
* Optimise finance processes and systems, including SAP
* Provide strategic input on capital investment and commercial opportunities
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Accountant with 8+ years post-qualification experience
* Proven background as a Financial Controller in a
commercial contracting environment
(mandatory)
* Experience in
Engineering, Utilities, or Construction industries
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
* Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at senior level
* Experience with SAP (S4/Hana) desirable
