Operational Excellence Lead
The ideal candidate will have a background in Performance / Operational Excellence, with strong business acumen and manufacturing/supply chain expertise. They must be able to lead change and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams to deliver the required outcomes.
Duties:
* Embed and continually evolve operational excellence systems across all levels and teams to drive daily improvement.
* Coach and mentor others in operational excellence methodologies, processes, continuous improvement mindset, building OPEX competencies within all levels of organization through structured programs.
