What You'll Be Doing:

* Support the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes across a variety of outlets—restaurant, bar, room service and events.

* Work alongside experienced senior chefs who will support your development.

* Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and food safety, following HACCP procedures.

* Learn how to manage mise en place, timing and station responsibilities during busy service periods.

* Play a key role in maintaining consistency and quality across the kitchen.


What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally at Commis Chef or Junior Chef de Partie level.

* A passion for food, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to grow and develop.

* Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn from senior chefs.

* Commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards and safe working practices.
