What is the opportunityThis role is based onsite in Cabinteely 5 days per week The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading a crucial component part of the Banks Collateral Management Process.
They will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled SME's who look after the lifecycle of securities within Business Banking and BOIMB with a key process of Offer Letter Production supporting the lending process within Business Banking also within the unit.
In this role you willHandle all security instructions received within SLAVerification and processing of ATR / Vacate requests across all businessesHandling the Inbound/Outbound calls for ATR & Vacate requestsVerification of Initial Security Status Reports & Final reports from Panel Solicitors for BBReview deeds returned to ensure all security is perfected and appropriate security documents are included.Work closely with the Management team to identify initiatives and implement in a timely mannerContinually monitor, progress, and as necessary, escalate the resolution of outstanding issues in line with agreed Service Frameworks, proposing solutions and workarounds as required.What will make you stand outA good understanding of Securities Administration would be a distinct advantage but not necessaryExcellent attention to detail is crucial!Strong customer focus and commercial awarenessYou're a hard-working problem solverDemonstrated ability to deliver on demanding targetsEssential QualificationsThere are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
More about the teamThe Securities Operations Unit is made up of a number Securities specialist teams offering a bespoke service to Commercial & Mortgage Customers whilst ensuring the security standards and requirements of the Group are maintained, documented and perfected thereby ensuring the integrity of the Group's collateral.
The activities of the unit include fulfilment of Accountable Trust Receipt requests, Vacate / Release requests, Security/Collateral perfection review and release of Solicitor undertakings.
The individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer service within the Securities Operations delivery proposition.
