Job Requirements:

* Technical issue resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction
* IT infrastructure management and support ticket system administration
* New hire onboarding and IT training coordination
* Facilities maintenance oversight and vendor relations
* Continual improvement of IT and facilities operations processes


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of experience in IT support
* Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services
* Valid driver's license required

Able to communicate effectively, think critically, and work independently.
