This achievement reflects the trust, pride, and positive culture within our organisation, and underscores our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.What We Need Help WithGolden Bake has an opportunity for a self-motivated Production Operative to join our Production and Packing team on our Night Shift.Night ShiftWorking Hours: 11pm to 7amWork Schedule: Monday to FridayContract Type: Full Time PermanentHourly Rate: €16.98 per hour (€14.15 + 20% shift allowance)Work as part of a team in the factory, producing and packing frozen pastry products to customer specifications on a paced production line to fulfill production targets on a daily and weekly basis. This will include working on:Production LinesRunning and operating equipment and machinesProduction mixesCollection and re-using trimmings where necessaryAdhering to the "clean as you go" policyPacking AreasWorking in our wholesale or retail packing areas, packing frozen products into boxesStacking packed boxes of products on to palletsOperating metal detectors, weighing machines and labellingGeneral DutiesWork in all areas of the factory as assigned by your Supervisor/Line ManagerKeep up to date knowledge of all productsEnsure you comply with hygiene, Health & Safety & HACCP regulationsEnsure quality guidelines are followed for all areasUndertake a flexible work ethic to ensure deadlines are metRequirementsA good level of English is essentialExperience in a Production or similar environment is beneficial but not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided.
