Business Sector: Agri DivisionJob Title:Sales ManagerJOB PURPOSE:Drive Revenue Growth and Expand Market Share.REPORTING TO:Agri General ManagerLOCATION: Limerick/NenaghRESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed performance goals.Identify new business opportunities and expand market share,Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with customers and other stakeholders.Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.Manage sales budgets and provide accurate sales forecasts.Work with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior managementQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:Bachelor Agricultural Science or Business Degree.Proven experience in a field sales management role is desirable.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience in analysing data and identify trends.KEY SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES / CORE COMPETENCIES:General SkillsExcellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced environmentAdaptive and flexible to changing technologies, process and environmentsTeam playerAbility to work well with others and use a team approachAbility to multitaskPERSONAL ATTRIBUES / CORE BEHAVIOURS:General attributesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh motivation and flexibilityNote: As with all positions, due to the nature of our business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.
