Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer (Hybrid - Cork)
Salary: €80,000 - €90,000
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Cork (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)
About the Role
A highly respected international technology organisation is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer to join its Cork-based product development team.
You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions used by major customers worldwide.
This is an opportunity to work with modern Microsoft-stack technologies, influence architecture decisions, and collaborate with talented engineers in a hybrid, flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET / C#.
2. Build high-quality, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
3. Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
4. Contribute to architectural discussions, technical roadmaps, and solution design.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product.
6. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and security.
7. Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
8. 5+ years' commercial experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Engineer.
9. Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core and REST API development.
10. Solid front-end experience with Angular (Angular 10+ preferred).
11. Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services (., Azure App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, SQL).
12. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps an advantage).
13. Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures.
14. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have
15. Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
16. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
17. Familiarity with enterprise product development or SaaS platforms.
