Job Title: Marketing ExecutiveReports to:Marketing ManagerBrands:The Skin Nerd & SkingredientsLocation:Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – some in-person work required)Requirements:Must have own car and full clean driving licenceAbout the RoleWe're seeking a highly organised, creative, and proactiveMarketing Executiveto support the marketing team acrossThe Skin NerdandSkingredients.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety — from assisting with creative campaigns and social scheduling to helping deliver events, PR send-outs, and live activations. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, PR agencies, and internal creative teams to ensure that every campaign runs smoothly, efficiently, and on brand.You'll play a vital part in supporting the execution of brand activity — ensuring ideas move from concept to delivery across all channels, while helping to keep the marketing team organised, on schedule, and ready to react to opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Campaign CoordinationSupport the Marketing Manager, the Head of Digital & Brand and wider team with day-to-day coordination and administration.Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and drive follow-up actions to ensure tasks are completed and projects progress on time.Maintain and update all marketing trackers including budgets, campaign timelines, and content approvals.Assist with supplier communication, invoicing, printing, and SharePoint file organisation.Creative Campaigns, Content & SocialsSupport the marketing team in the planning and execution of creative campaigns across both brands — helping coordinate timelines, deliverables, and asset approvals.Manage the content approvals process for both brands, ensuring all copy and creative are reviewed and signed off in line with brand tone and compliance.Oversee content scheduling across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), ensuring a consistent and aligned posting rhythm.Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and agencies to maintain creative quality and campaign alignment.Manage and upkeep the Content & Education Library, ensuring all approved imagery, video assets, copy, and training materials are easily accessible and well organised.PR & Campaign SupportCoordinate PR send-outs and media mailers in partnership with PR agencies and the warehouse team:Skingredients: Monthly PR dropsThe Skin Nerd: Bi-monthly PR dropsManage logistics for print materials, sample preparation, packaging, and delivery to ensure on-time dispatch.Support campaign creative development by collating visual assets, writing briefs, and assisting with production.Track campaign budgets and maintain cost visibility for all PR and marketing initiatives.Events, Activations & Live ContentAssist in the planning and execution of in-person and online events, such as product launches, team activations, and press events.Coordinate Instagram and TikTok Lives, supporting with logistics, scheduling, and live filming preparation.Ensure all event and live assets (scripts, products, visuals) are ready and aligned with campaign messaging.Provide on-site support for events and PR activities as required — therefore own transport is essential.Performance & Competitor ReportingCompile monthly social performance and revenue reports for both brands to monitor engagement, reach, and conversions.Conduct monthly competitor reports across The Skin Nerd and Skingredients, identifying trends and new opportunities.Maintain Price Files weekly for The Skin Nerd, ensuring up-to-date and accurate pricing information.Merchandising & Brand ConsistencyConduct weekly merchandising checks for The Skin Nerd to ensure digital and physical visibility is consistent and aligned with brand standards.Support website imagery updates and content refreshes as needed.Uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.About YouPassionate about skincare, beauty, and brand storytelling.Creative, detail-oriented, and organised, with excellent time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, social scheduling tools).Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.Must be Dublin-based with own car and full clean driving licence for attending events, meetings, supporting on-site activations, and content creation.What You'll GainExperience working across two leading Irish skincare and consultancy brands.Hands-on involvement in creative campaign development, social content planning, PR, and event execution.Exposure to influencer and digital marketing strategy.The opportunity to grow within a dynamic, fast-moving, and supportive brand marketing team
