Automation Technician
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of automation systems in our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and support automation equipment to ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and operational standards.
* Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve equipment and process issues efficiently.
* Perform scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
* Develop and implement projects to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
* Assist in commissioning and validation of new equipment and projects.
* Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of critical components.
* Provide technical guidance and training to technicians as required.
* Ensure full adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory programs.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 6 qualification in Manufacturing Technology or related discipline.
* Qualified trades personnel with industrial automation experience will be considered.
* Proven track record with high-volume automation and robotic systems is essential.
* Previous experience in regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge across areas such as Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electronics, PLCs, and Vision Systems is advantageous.
